Every client runs projects differently, so our systems are designed to be universal - thus giving you back the remote control. Once the project parameters are established, we utilize professional project management tools to keep the client both in control and abreast of the progress. The degree of structure is governed by the regulatory body requirements, the complexity of the project, the number of participants, and the work throughput requirements.
We use a system we call "reduction to practice." A term borrowed from the patent law, for us this suggests a systematic process through which all of the desired (marketing) specifications and constraints are refined to a point where a concept is translated into a living, breathing product.
