Research & Development

As specialists in product, process, and component R&D services, we combine our expertise in thermoplastic assemblies with decades of manufacturing experience. From working with experienced R&D groups to executing "turnkey" projects for less technical clients, our goal is to complement your in-house resources, no matter the size, scope, or capabilities.

Because every client has different needs and operating procedures, our quality and project management systems are designed to be universal. Using a process we call "reduction to practice" - a term borrowed from patent law - we begin with all of the marketing goals, product specifications, and anticipated constraints, then refine them to a point where a concept is translated into a workable, tangible solution.

Along the way, we incorporate professional project management tools so that you maintain control and are kept abreast of the progress. The degree of structure is governed by the regulatory requirements, the complexity of the project, the number of participants, and the work throughput requirements.
